Ok kiddos, we made it across the US and arrived safe and sound in Jersey City last Sunday!!! YAYYY for no more driving for a while….those were some REALLY REALLY LONG days in a car.  I really am sorry I can’t seem to keep up with this, but it’s too hectic right now. I’m trying!!! I’m working on a post with our pictures from the road trip…nothing crazy to show, but still fun!  Ok niños, logramos cruzar los EU y llegamos a salvo a Jersey City el domingo pasado!!! YEIIIII ya no tenemos que manejar en un rato….fueron dias MUY MUY largos en el carro.  Mil disculpas porque no me puedo lograr poner al tanto con esto, pero la cosa esta muy loca ahorita.  De verdad me estoy esforzando!!! Estoy a medias con el post de las fotos de nuestro viaje….nada super wow, pero fue muy divertido.

The last two days have been so full of walking and looking at apartments and I’m sad to say we still haven’t found one.  I’m exhausted!! Yesterday we saw some dirt apartments, but today was a GREAT day. Gorgeously sunny, not terribly terribly cold, I found some cool free books on the street, we found our ideal location, ideal kitchen and perfect size apartment (unfortunately it was in 3 separate apartments), while walking stumbled upon a free and awesome quilt exhibit in an amazing building….oh yeah AND I found a lucky quarter!! Estos ultimos dos días han estado llenos de caminar y visitas a ver depas y me entristece decirles que no hemos encontrado uno.  Estoy cansadísima!! Ayer vimos unos horribles, pero hoy fue un SUPER día!!!  Super soleado, no tan frio, me encontre unos libros gratis en la calle, encontramos el lugar ideal, la cocina ideal y la medida perfecta para nuestro depa (desafortunadamente fueron  3 departamentos diferentes), mientras caminabamos nos encontramos una exhibición gratis de colchas en un edificio precioso….ah si Y me encontre una peseta!!

Oh yeah and the window shopping doesn’t hurt either…here’s my favorite from tuesday.  I love it ALL! Ah si y ventaneado no cae nada mal….aqui esta my favorita del martes. Me encanta TODO!
